Each hire period is dependant on the day in which you require décor hire, and normally stated between 2-3 days. A confirmation of this will be provided with any quotation & will try and accommodate where we can.
We offer a delivery & collection service on orders over £300 - subject to availability.
The cost of delivery & collection will be based on mileage & the time from our base in Weston-Super-Mare to the agreed destination.
Charges for this are 45p per mile plus our drivers time charge.
For orders £200 or under it is collection & return to our base only.
A minimum of 25% booking fee is required for all orders. To confirm any order the booking fee is paid along with acknowledgement of agreement which will be issued upon quotation agreement.
The booking fee is non refundable & the consultation fee is non refundable.
Full payment is to be received 4 weeks before the event date.
We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice prior your event date. This is to ensure which ever service you use is available.
No exchange of items will take place without full receipt of payment & the damage deposit.
All payments made by bank transfer.
For hire only there is a minimum hire value of £50.00 for small events & £100.00 for Weddings & Large events.
Delivery can be requested for orders over £300 and is an additional charge subject to availability.
Subject to availability orders under £200 may be possible for delivery and are subject to an additional cost over the hire costs for admin, collection and packing costs. May not be available for peak weekends.
We require damage deposit payment of £50.00 which is to be paid 4 weeks before the event.
If an item or items are damaged or lost - the full damage deposit will not be refunded.
Any amount in excess of the damage deposit will be invoiced and is to be paid within 7 days.
Cleaning of props and damage, repainting is charged at £15 an hour plus any materials cost to repair.
We will ask for contact details, venue address and phone numbers on booking .
• Please pack all items in the containers provided in the same way as you received them. Packaging is to be re-turned and there is a charge for any missing or damaged packing containers.
Packing containers are £15 each & Packing Grids are £5.00 each to replace.
All items are to be returned in the same condition as when hired and are to be clean, stain & wax free when returned. - All our candle holders & lanterns are to be used with artificial candles only.
We accept no responsibility for injury caused as a result of hiring and using our décor and props to any person, place or item during the hire period. All items hired are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned.
If an item you have booked is damaged or lost prior to your hire taking place you will be informed and we will make every effort to replace the item like for like.
Some items are one offs this may not be possible, you will be entitled to a refund for that item only.
No further compensation will be due.
